Hastings Environmental Protectors Invites you to hear Biologist Dr. Judy Helgen

Hastings Environmental Protectors (HEP) invites you to meet and listen to Dr. Judy Helgen, biologist and author of Peril in the Ponds: Deformed Frogs, Politics, and a Biologist's Quest.  Judy will talk about her research on the phenomenon of deformed frogs found in Minnesota wetlands in the 1990s, the continued threat today, and the problems facing our wetlands. 
Anyone concerned with preserving our natural heritage and with issues of water quality should attend this event.  An open discussion will follow Dr. Helgen's presentation.
