    Join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer and drive efficiency, quality, and innovation on the production floor. Lead initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance product quality while supporting a safe work environment.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Develop and optimize manufacturing methods, systems, and processes.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.
    • Evaluate equipment and process capabilities to ensure quality and compliance.
    • Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Mentor Supervisors, Leads, and Operators to grow team capability.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
    • 1–3 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
    • Experience with PFMEA, DFM, or 2P/3P process introduction tools.
    • SolidWorks proficiency.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Hands-on, results-driven; familiarity with lean principles a plus.

    Physical & Work Requirements:

    • Lift 25–50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, twist, and carry tools/materials.
    • Support 24/5 plant operations; regular attendance required.
    • Exempt role; ~45+ hours per week.
