Join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer and drive efficiency, quality, and innovation on the production floor. Lead initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance product quality while supporting a safe work environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing methods, systems, and processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.
- Evaluate equipment and process capabilities to ensure quality and compliance.
- Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor Supervisors, Leads, and Operators to grow team capability.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Experience with PFMEA, DFM, or 2P/3P process introduction tools.
- SolidWorks proficiency.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, results-driven; familiarity with lean principles a plus.
Physical & Work Requirements:
- Lift 25–50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, twist, and carry tools/materials.
- Support 24/5 plant operations; regular attendance required.
- Exempt role; ~45+ hours per week.
