Participation Guidelines
To be included in the Hastings Welcome Packet:
Eligibility
Open to Chamber members
Membership must be current and in good standing
Cost
This program is free for Chamber members - members are responsible for the cost of their materials
Materials
Provide 150 copies to start
Paper materials only (no physical items or promotional products)
Suggested size:
Approximately 5" x 8" or 3" x 10"
These sizes help create a consistent, easy-to-handle packet.
Please note: business card sized pieces are not recommended, as they can easily get overlooked. We encourage something with a bit more presence to help your business stand out.
Content Requirements
Must include a clear offer, introduction or call to action
Must be valid through, at least, June 1, 2027
Keep content relevant year-round (avoid seasonal messaging or limited-time menus)
Tracking
Include a trackable offer, code or mention - this will help us understand what’s working and continue improving the program for you.
Deadline
Materials must be received in the office by Friday, May 15, 2026.
