Microbreweries at the LeDuc Historic Estate

Microbreweries: Is it Really a New Idea? Staff of the LeDuc Historic Estate of the Dakota County Historical Society will discuss the transition from small estate distilleries of our forebears, to the large industries of today, and back to the microbreweries we see popping up, regionally. The Leduc will be featuring one of our own MN distilleries and hear from their staff as to how they see their position in this world of the Microbrewery, how this transition happened and what is expect. Live music will fill the halls & form the backdrop for the evening's interpretive program. Five brews will be served and paired with wonderful food from the LeDuc kitchen.
