Our next Life 101 free workshop for teens and young adults is on September 19. The topic is "Appreciating Stress & Moving Forward Towards Empowerment: Managing Depression, Anxiety, Perfectionism & Pressure "
We'll meet in the Lecture Hall at Hastings High School, from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. An optional Q&A session is from 7:30 - 8:00 p.m.
Hastings High School graduate Morgan Johnson and Allina Health counselor Dane Jorento will be our speakers.Our September Life 101 workshop is taken directly from feedback from our teen leadership team members. They want tips and ideas for managing stress, anxiety, depression, and perfectionism.
These free workshops are for young people ages 17-22. Younger teens and parents are welcome, as are other young adults. Please note: some content may not be suitable for younger students.
