"Historic Preservation of Grains - Tasting

Far North Spirits of Hillock, Mn presents "Historic Preservation of Grain" - a distillery on a 100 year-old family farm, This is the most northern distillery in the contiguous U. S. There will be live music and interpretation of how the distillery hopes to bring some of the great historic grains back into the distillery work. Wonderful food prepared in the LeDuc kitchen will be paired with five spirits.
