FREE TRY-IT NIGHT! Gentle Yoga by Candlelight

For Ages 15 and Up
A dynamic Vinyasa Yoga class illuminated by Candlelight. Vinyasa connects the movement with the breath to create a continuous flow of postures. The breath guides you through this one hour class comprised of creative sequences intended to provide you with strength, flexibility and peace for the mind, body and spirit. Please bring a yoga mat and water.
Taught by Certified Yoga Instructor, Julie Pfeiffer.
