We are inviting you to come workout with us every Saturday in May at 9:00am for FREE! Our goal is to make healthy happen in Hastings. You do not have to be a member to get in on our FREE Community workouts! These workouts are for all fitness levels and free for everyone in the community, so come on down and bring a friend or two! The workouts are led by our Coaches Cortney and John. They are very knowledgeable and great at motivating you to keep working hard during the workout. They will make sure your form is correct during the workout and that every level of fitness will get a great workout in to start their Saturday!
