AFTON ALPS’ FALL FAIR & SWAP
Seasonal Fun For The Whole Family - October 2 - 4 and 9 - 11
WHAT: Afton Alps is hosting its annual Fall Fair, one of the Midwest’s largest ski and snowboard swaps. Skiers and snowboarders can sell their current gear and upgrade their equipment for the 2015-2016 season. The sale will feature approximately 9,000 new and used winter sports items, such as skis, snowboards, poles, boots, goggles, helmets and clothing – not to mention some great deals on Afton Alps Ski and Ride School programs and season passes, including the Epic Pass (unlimited access to 11 Vail Resorts’ properties across the U.S.). Afton Alps Fall Fair visitors can enjoy a free slope side movie at dusk on Friday, Oct. 2 and Oct. 9.
On Saturday, Oct. 10, Afton Alps will host a beer and wine festival. For $20, fair goers can sample eight wines and more than 25 local, regional and national beers, plus bring home a special commemorative glass. In addition to these new events, there will also be free chair lift rides and hayrides, an inflatable jump house, a candy hunt in hay, pumpkin painting, music and refreshments on the Saturdays and Sundays during the Fall Fair.

- Fridays, Oct. 2 and 9 – slope side movie, sale and food truck
- Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 3 & 4 and 10 & 11 – sale, hayrides, music and other family activities
- Saturday, Oct. 10 – slope side beer and wine fest from noon – 3 p.m.
