Cover letters and thank you notes are important parts of the job search puzzle.  Learn what you really need to include to get the employer's attention, the difference between a mailed and an emailed letter or note, when and how to follow up, and proper email etiquette to effectively communicate with employers.  Taught by Dakota County WorkForce Center staff.  Registration is required and opens two weeks prior to the program.
