Ayurveda 2.0: A Deeper Dive
This workshop is designed to take our basic Ayurvedic understandings and use that knowledge to "fine tune" diet, fitness, and daily routines. Find out how seasons of the year, times of day, colors and gems that you wear or surround yourself with can "up your wellness and energy factor", making your life one of positive force. Prerequisite, "Ayurveda: Ancient Healing for Today's World" workshop on 2/18/17, or a very good understanding of Ayurvedic principles. A Yoga class is included in this workshop. Please dress comfortably.
