Yes indeed, we're going to have one big sale!
 
Get out your boots, hat, mittens (or choppers), long underwear, snowmobile suit, thermal socks, and everything else you have to keep warm....we're having an antique, vintage, display, textile, industrial and everything left at the store sale February 13th -15th, 9am to 5pm each day.
 
You'll get to explore and find treasures - not the kind royalty dreams of, but the kind crazy junk hunters want! Every building will be open to hunt in, but remember some of them are not heated and the paths are snowy, so come prepared. Lots of items have never even been for sale by me before.
 
Now here's the part where you come in (before the shopping part).....We need your to help spread the word. Please go to Facebook, "Like" our post, comment on it, share it with your friends, throw it into the social media universe and help make this a successful sale. Make it like the super bowl of winter junking events. I don't care how you do it and since I'm not very tech savvy I probably won't even know what you can do. I'll watch with awe and think "I should learn how to do that" and then some object sticking out of a dumpster will catch my eye and poof, I'll be off on another train of thought!
 
For those who pass the word on to others with a penchant for vintage shopping no matter what peril they put themselves in or our more 'normal' shoppers, I'll have multiple daily prize drawings, hot coffee, and am still open to other suggestions if you have them. (Thanks, Natalie Seim for your suggestions!) After all, this is going to be fun.....and the prices are discounted.
 
Also, sometime this spring our name change will take effect. We'll soon become The Tinker's Ware. Watch for occasional sales to be held at a new location. Details about all these changes will be out later this spring, too. We will be at the Junk Bonanza in April and a guest dealer at the Haupt Antiek Market in March. Details for these shows will be available during our sale.
