Access & Issues: Employer-to-Employer Conversations on Paid Family & Medical Leave

Minnesota’s Paid & Family Leave program has been in effect for two months, and many employers are still working through what implementation looks like in practice. This Access & Issues Roundtable offers local business owners a confidential, peer-to-peer environment to ask questions, share experiences, and discuss real-world challenges related to staffing, operations, and compliance. The conversation will focus on practical insights, problem-solving, and learning from one another as businesses navigate this significant new program together.
