    Job Description
    To oversee Tradewinds and Prime Thyme operations.  Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards. 

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    ? Schedule, train, coach, and evaluate staff and conduct performance reviews
    ? Direct daily work activities and inspect work for conformance to standards
    ? Establish and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards
    ? Address guest questions, complaints, or concerns in a courteous, professional manner
    ? Ensure transactions and cash-handling procedures are followed appropriately

    KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
    Knowledge and Certification
    Required:
    ? 1 year supervisory experience

    Preferred:
    ? High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience

    Skills
    Required:
    ? Accurate and detail-oriented
    ? Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
    ? Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

    Preferred:
    ? Computer skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows

    Abilities
    Required:
    ? Ability to work fast and efficiently completing multiple tasks in a professional manner
    ? Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene
    ? Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner
    ? Ability to serve both internal and external customers
    ? Ability to speak in a clear, concise and pleasant voice
    ? Ability to control labor costs
