    Job Description
    SUMMARY:  To assist RV Park guests and general upkeep of the RV Park area.  Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.

    This position is seasonal, running until October 31st.

    The shifts are part time, working between 9am-6pm Sunday-Thursday and 9am-9pm Friday and Saturday. Ideally looking for weekend help!

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    •  Assist guests with RV site reservations and registration
    •  Perform general grounds maintenance and housekeeping 
    •  Collect cash or checks and process credit card transactions  

    KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    Knowledge and Certification
    Required:
    •  High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
    •  Previous cash handling experience

    Skills
    Required:
    •  Accurate and detail-oriented
    •  Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
    •  Computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows XP
    •  Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
    •  Excellent guest relations skills

    Abilities 
    Required:
    •  Ability to work fast and efficiently
    •  Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene
    •  Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner
    •  Ability to speak in a clear, concise and pleasant voice

    REQUIRED TRAINING
    •  Treasure Island guest service training
    •  Bloodborne Pathogens training
    •  Any position-related training as determined by department manager

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS
    •  Must be able to walk and / or stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 8 hours
    •  Must be willing to work in different temperature environment (hot or cold)
    •  Must have a good sense of balance, and be able to bend and kneel
    •  Must be able to reach and twist routinely
    •  Must be able to push, pull and grasp objects routinely
    •  Must have the ability to independently lift 25+ pounds occasionally
    •  Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions 
    •  Must have good eye hand coordination
    •  Must be able to operate foot pedals

          WORKING ENVIRONMENT
    •  Work is performed primarily in the RV Park areas (inside and outdoors)
    •  Required to work in extreme weather such as wet, damp and high wind
    •  Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including all shifts, weekends and holidays 
    •  Occasionally overtime may be required
    •  Occasionally must deal with angry or hostile individuals
    •  High volume direct public contact
