    Job Description
    Oversee onsite production support for entertainment with a focus on national entertainers.  Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards. 

    ? Coordinate internal / external production aspects of entertainment (i.e. advancing / obtaining presale technical information – production needs, rider requirements, staging and capacity changes) and event payments
    ? Liaison with local contractors, vendors and tours
    ? Help identify potential tours and shows and assist with negotiating contracts and technical requirements
    ? Manage concert / private events from load in to load out, with an emphasis on artist / client service, adherence to time schedules, sound restrictions and cost containment ensuring safe operation of equipment such as forklifts, lifts and rigging
    ? Manage approved subcontractors and third party vendors to ensure safe, efficient and successful events
    ? Responsible for all A/V and entertainment inventory, perform audits and assist with forecasting equipment needs and planning projects
    ? Stay current with audio, video and lighting trends for live events and recommend new and innovative equipment to improve the quality and efficiency of productions
    ? Lead the entertainment department in the absence of the Entertainment Manager
    ? Provide technical and operational expertise in all facets of A/V for the property

    Knowledge and Certification
    ? 2-year degree in music or live Production or related field; and 2 years experience.
    ? 4 years of experience as a Production Manager, promoter rep, road manager or event coordinator or an equivalent combination; general venue operations knowledge preferred

    ? Accurate and detail-oriented
    ? Strong organizational skills
    ? Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows
    ? Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
    ? Strong mechanical aptitude

    ? Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene
    ? Ability to work well under pressure and time restraints
    ? Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner
    ? Ability to independently or as a team to complete multiple tasks
    ? Ability to serve both internal and external customers
    ? Ability to troubleshoot, maintain and repair specialized equipment
    ? Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
    ? Ability to self-motivate as well as the aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
