    Job Description
    SUMMARY: Effectively coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Player Development department.  Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards. 

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    ? Hire, schedule, train, coach, evaluate staff, complete payroll and conduct performance reviews
    ? Direct daily work activities and inspect completed work for conformance to standards
    ? Maintain controls on financials, including labor costs, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of operations
    ? Develop and utilize tools to ensure staff maintains proper guest information in the Casino management system
    ? Liaison with internal business partners to ensure effective operations within the department and during events
    ? Be knowledgeable about and provide guests with information regarding casino management systems, casino events and general property amenities
    ? Handle guest questions, concerns, complaints and discrepancies
    ? Create and document current and new processes
    ? Assist in implementation of all Player Development events

    KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
    Knowledge and Certification
    Required:
    ? High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
    ? 2 years’ supervisory experience with 3+ staff, preferably in Casino industry
    ? 2 years of hospitality or customer service experience

    ? Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows
