    Job Description
    SUMMARY:  To provide superior guest service to guests. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your department’s guest service standards. 


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    - Welcome guests, answer questions and provide information and support to guests
    - Input, update and maintain accurate player information in the player tracking database
    - Issue player cards for club members
    - Be knowledgeable about and provide guests with information regarding passport club membership, casino events, cruise line information and other property amenities
    - Redeem cash, prizes and comps for guests following department guidelines
    - Maintain and service coat check, paging, wheelchair distribution as well as lost and found area following policies and standards
    - Meet monthly goals as established by management


    KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    Knowledge and Certification
    Required:
    - High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
    - 1-year hospitality or guest service experience, preferably in casinos

    Skills
    Required:
    - Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
    - Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
    - Proven high guest service skills
    - Accurate data-entry skills

    Abilities
    Required:
    - Ability to work fast and efficiently
    - Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner
    - Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene
    - Ability to independently complete multiple tasks in a professional manner
    - Ability to speak in a clear, concise and pleasant voice
    - Ability to retain large amounts of information regarding the property and its amenities
