    Job Description
    SUMMARY:  To provide guests with courteous service and property information.  Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards. 

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    ? Welcome guests, answer questions and provide information and support to guests
    ? Maintain and service coat check, paging, wheelchair/scooter distribution, and lost and found ensuring proper documentation for all
    ? Be knowledgeable and provide guests with information regarding property-wide events and other property amenities
    ? Assist guests with issues, accept guest comment forms and forward to Guest Service Supervisor

    KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
    Knowledge and Certification
    Required:
    ? 1-year hospitality or guest service experience

    Preferred:
    ? High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience

    Skills
    Required:
    ? Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
    ? Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
    ? Excellent problem solving skills
    ? Strong computer skills Microsoft (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows

    Abilities
    Required:
    ? Ability to work fast and efficiently
    ? Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene
    ? Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner
    ? Ability to serve both internal and external customers
    ? Ability to enthusiastically and professionally sell and / or up-sell property amenities
    ? Ability to speak in a clear, concise and pleasant voice
