$14.50 an hour
SUMMARY: To provide support at events (indoors or outdoors).
- Number seats and tear down after shows including stacking chairs. picking up trash, etc.
- Greet, guide and seat guests
- Take tickets and interact with guests entering and exiting shows
- Answer guests’ questions related to the event, the property and / or its amenities
- Monitor guests to ensure event rules / regulations are followed; Notify guests of policies; and alert security as needed
IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE:
Required:
- One (1) year hospitality or guest service
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work fast and efficiently
- Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene
- Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to serve both internal and external customers
- Ability to speak in a clear, concise and pleasant voice
- Ability to enthusiastically and professionally up-sell property amenities
