    Job Description
    SUMMARY:  To identify premium players and assist with developing recognition and reward programs to attract and retain these players and ensure frequent return visits.   Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your department’s guest service standards. 

    Pay rate is $15.99 an hour.
    Shifts available: 2nd and 3rd

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    •  Understand operations and functionality of the various player tracking systems
    • Input, update and maintain accurate player information into player tracking database
    •  Provide guests information on the Island Passport club membership program and various casino amenities such as gaming, entertainment and promotional events
    • Utilize the player tracking system for redemption of cash, prizes and comps within department guidelines and regulations
    • Assist guests and answer their questions or respond to concerns via phone, email or in person
    • Assist guest with reservations for hotel stays and other player events
    • Assist with compiling mailing list and mailing out invitations
    • Participate and assist in marketing programs on and/or off property designed to recruit, reward and retain premium players

    KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
    Knowledge and Certification
    Required:
    • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
    • 1-year previous experience in casino marketing, player’s club or other comparable casino guest service position preferably as a Casino Host

    Skills
    Required:
    • Strong computer skills including working with spreadsheets

    •  Ability to provide superior guest service to guests, coworkers and management while maintaining a high level of maturity, professional and credibility
    • Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene
    • Ability to independently complete multiple tasks in a professional manner
    •  Ability to speak in a clear, concise and pleasant voice
    • Ability to retain large amounts of information regarding the property and its amenities
    • Ability to enthusiastically and professionally sell and/or promote relevant events and promotions
