    Job Description
    SUMMARY:  To maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchens areas.   Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards. 

    Hiring age, 16+

    Payrate $12.36
    evening shift, additional $1.00 an hour shift differential
    overnight shift, additional $2.00 an hour shift differential

    Shifts available: Part time, evening and overnight shifts. Full time day and overnight shifts.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    - Disassemble, clean and reassemble burners, broilers, equipment, hoods, vents and ovens
    - Sanitize food contact surfaces
    - Ensure show kitchens present a positive image to guests  
    - Clean and sanitize counter tops and front surfaces
    - Clean and change fry-o-lators
    - Clean walls, shelves, reach-in coolers, mats and floors using specialized equipment
    - Ensure dish machine controls are set properly and accurate quantity of chemical is used 
    - Rinse and scrub dishes as necessary before running through machine

    KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    Knowledge and Certification
    Preferred:
    - High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
    - Previous janitorial or food service experience

    Skills
    Required:
    - Accurate and detail-oriented

    Abilities
    Required:
    - Ability to work fast and efficiently
    - Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene
    - Ability to learn appropriate chemical usage and proper equipment usage
    - Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner
    - Ability to operate heavy equipment such as floor buffing machines, sky ladders and hood cleaning equipment
