Observance of Memorial Day
Remember to attend a community Memorial Day observance hosted by the community Veteran's organizations.
Minnesota Veterans Home - Hastings - (9 a.m.)
Roadside Park (10 a.m.), followed by Soldiers and Sailors Cemetery and Veteran's Monument at Levee Park along the riverfront.
Guest Speaker is Rev Cole Kracke, St Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, a veteran.
Special readings by VFW's Voice of Democracy and Patriot Pen winners and recognition of American Legion Boy Staters.
In event of inclement weather, the location is St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.
