DESCRIPTION:"A Place for the Arts"\n\nThe Sixth Annual Gala\, sponsored by HPAAC. HPAAC will honor three area residents for their efforts and contributions to the local arts in Hastings and Prescott.\n\nThis gala will feature delicious food\, music\, and live and silent auctions. This evening will offer a great opportunity to meet top En Plein Air artists\, view and bid on unique paintings created in Hastings and Prescott.\n\nNow in its 9th year\, HPAAC continues its mission to foster the arts in the community. HPAAC sponsors activities such as the Art in the Park\, Black Dirt Theater\, a monthly writers workshop\, music programs in the schools\, free weekly art lessons for adults and other art-related projects.\n\nHPAAC has also been instrumental in bringing a new Artspace building to Hastings.
