DESCRIPTION:Carpenter Nature Center is the host for the fall raptor release which is presented by the 3M Foundation in partnership with The Raptor Center at the University of Minnesota and Carpenter Nature Center. Visitors will enjoy watching 4-6 wild birds of prey take to the air after being rehabilitated by The Raptor Center's veterinarians. The day is full of fun including orchard hay wagon tours\, educational raptors on display from The Raptor Center\, kids activities and more. Bring your blanket or lawn chair and enjoy the day Raptor releases will be at 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.
