DESCRIPTION:Hastings Sings 2015\n\nWednesday\, May 20\, 2015\n\n7:00 p.m.\n\n\n\nThis first qualifying round is exclusively for Hastings High School vocalists.  Those who qualify will go on to the finals held at Rivertown Days on Sunday\, July 19 at 3:30. \n\nThe winner of Hastings Sings will have the honor to represent the city of Hastings at the Second Annual Minnesota Sings which will be held Sunday\, September 27th at the Holiday Inn St. Paul East (all day event).\n\nTo register e-mail your name and cell phone number to info@minnesotasings.com.\n\n\n\nRules:\n\n	Must sing to a backing track which is on CD (no acapella)\n	Song cannot exceed 5 minutes and must be memorized\n	Can sing any type of music\n	You can purchase a backing track ($0.99-$9.99) or make your own.  The backing track can contain harmonies.\n	Your performance on May 20th will be videotaped and you will receive an e-mail on June 1st telling you if you will advance to the finals on July 19th.\n\nThe general public is welcome to attend the May 20th qualifying round.\n\nGOOD LUCK EVERYONE!
