DESCRIPTION:Wise Family Funeral & Cremation Services\, along with the Hastings Art Center\, proudly present a May Day Coffee Concert with SummerTime Quartet\, Tuesday\, May 1\, 2018 at 10:30 am.\n\n\n\nWe know that music to the ears can also be healing for the soul. Oftentimes\, music helps relieve stress\, helps revive and honor memories\, eases grief and pain\, provides self-expression\, reflection and relaxation\, along with soothing the soul. Join us as we embark on a fun musical journey with SummerTime. They will share delightful songs\, traditional hymns and a little comedic relief! (They may even throw in "Name that Tune"!) This concert is free for the public. Please reserve your seat today!\n\n\n\nAbout SummerTime Quartet:\n\nSummerTime\, an a cappella Quartet from the Twin Cities metro and Western Wisconsin. The Quartet was formed in the fall of 2007 to perform a Christmas program at a local nursing home. This turned into an annual event\, and has led to various other performances around the region.\n\n\n\nSummerTime has they've participated in various civic\, church\, corporate and seasonal events including the Twin Cities' Strides for Stroke benefit walk\, as well as in the Croix Chordsmen Chorus Annual Spring and Christmas shows. They have performed complete wedding ceremonies\, church services\, serenades\, concerts and performances that have worked the crowd at St. Paul Saints' games.\n\n\n\nTheir repertoire includes new and traditional music\, fun songs\, and tags sung in traditional barbershop harmony.\n\nMembers include: Duane Schuh\, Tenor\; Cliff Turnbull\, Lead\; Loren Paulson\, Bass\; and Dale Schueffner\, Baritone.
